Into the wild. Part 1 - Zebra

Banana Republic sweater, GUESS? shoes ($99), bracelets,
7 For All Mankind Crop Skinny ($198)

Though animal prints really never go out of style one is still fighting for its place in your closet. Zebra is one of the most striking and controversial patterns created by nature that can be so striking when worn right.

This season in particular, designers have given this flashy print a special warm spot in their collections featuring it everywhere from small accessories to all-over zebra maxi dresses. They have balanced out the obnoxiousness of these contrast stripes with simple silhouettes and luxurious fabrics adding finesse and sophistication.

Zebra accessories are also huge this Spring/Summer. They are really fun to incorporate into your everyday look and of course those special going out ensembles. For the evening you have many ways to “dazzle up” your outfit while day wear has less alternatives making it easiest to use zebra accessories for your 9 to 5 look. Use this extravagant animal print to spice up simple, minimalistic outfits or to balance out more strict and conservative pieces.
